    Position summary

    k's IT Solution Delivery Management team in the selection of IT service partners, building IT standards and sourcing strategies, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.

    • Driving cost savings, mitigating risk and managing key sourcing projects.
    • Manage and improve the performance of IT services vendors.
    • Improve and optimize processes and drive cost out of the organization.
    • Run negotiations with strategic suppliers; manage RFx's and vendor business reviews.
    • Scrutinize supplier-pricing structure, quotes, and resolve anomalies. Also, manage day-to-day supplier operational issues and meet project deadlines.
    • Develop vendor base and categories for IT services. Establish and communicate the new vendor's introduction process and stick to standards with the highest integrity.
    • Work closely with finance, tax, and legal teams on the regional requirements from a global view.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant Technology sourcing/procurement experience, especially IT network hardware, office hardware, and services in a multinational corporation.
    • In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation, etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with global key manufacturers and resellers in the IT industry.
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in interpersonal communication, able to establish trust and communication with stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Project/Program Management.
    • 3+years of experience and knowledge of various IT networks and infrastructure-related technology (Audiovisual Conferencing, Physical & Data Security, Networking, Switching, and Wireless).
    • Knowledge of construction project-related tendering processes and regulations.
    • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
    • Ability to interpret financial data and apply it to decision-making.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $171000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
