Responsibilities:
Partner Management Framework for Creators
Lead and steer the strategic vision of the Partner Management Framework for creators each quarter through independently analyzing data and feedback to identify key goals with minimal direction, aligning them with broader team objectives.
Collaborate closely with Data and Analytics to set clear priorities aligned to our business priorities and ensure clarity on direction
Work with regional and local teams, motivating teams to work cohesively toward goals that drive business priorities.
Iterate the framework through close collaboration with regional teams, synthesising feedback and identifying solutions that support the success of creator managers
Track, measure and report back on the performance of the Partner Management Framework for creators across all levels of XFN stakeholders in Product and Content, effectively adapting format to the audience
Track progress and efficiency, providing timely and clear feedback on performance iterating on recognition programs to incentivise high performance
Creator Management Agency models
Utilize data to build and direct an actionable strategic framework, to support how we engage with agencies to increase our managed portfolio, effectively engaging and mobilizing local teams with clear goals.
Iterate on framework as agency model evolves and ensure clear alignment with creator product adoption programs to mitigate against duplication and provide clear delineation
Provide local teams with support developing and championing best practices and tools for agency engagement, developing incentive models and identifying scalable and sustainable models that deliver on ROI
Track and measure agency engagement ensuring alignment to business metrics and collaborating with data and analytics to adapt accordingly per quarter
Managed Creator Satisfaction
Lead the project management and execution of our Creator Partner Satisfaction Survey designed to measure the sentiment of our managed creators in collaboration with regional and local teams every 4 months
Develop concise and actionable analysis based on findings that leads to local plans to support the evolution of creator satisfaction tailored according to surveyed markets
Identify consolidated mediums to measure and track sentiment of managed creators that provides updates on creator sentiment across all surveys done with managed creators
