Responsibilities:

• Lead a talented, motivated and high-performing Signal PMM team. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team.
• Develop strong C-level relationships, and use market insights to inform Signal partnership strategies to help clients grow their business and support our strategic priorities.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the Signals landscape and drive thought leadership internally and externally inclusive of past, present and future state perspective/changes.
• Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy that will accelerate the growth and adoption of TikTok's Signal products.
• Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy
• Work towards bi-monthly OKRs such as revenue growth, new technology solutions, solution adoption and driving innovation
• Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must
• Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations
• Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and executionally rigorous teams
• Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities
• Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148800 - $350080 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
