Design and implement access management and assurance programs (people, process, and technology) to mitigate security threats and risks related to access that may impact business data through a holistic global program-oriented approach.
Build and review technical and functional requirements for in-house or external technologies to support access management and assurance needs.
Interact with users to define access standards and/or necessary modifications to new or existing access policies or roles in support of data security standards.
Develop and maintain data residency and data access requirements and controls as necessitated by business need and regulations.
Design the organization's role-based access control scheme and rationalize existing groups.
Design and implement the access review process, ensuring that access is reviewed regularly both for appropriateness of access as well as privilege levels for all users.
Guide the team in developing use cases and integrating access management technologies with related cybersecurity technologies (e.g., security incident and event management, data classification, vulnerability management).
Develop and maintain policies and procedures that support access assurance (e.g., identity management, access monitoring, authentication requirements).
Define access assurance controls and requirements and support control operationalization.
Implement and enforce mechanism to proactively monitor, respond. and report on inappropriate data access events.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Analyzing and maintaining security requirements of application authorization, ID provisioning, and ID management to minimize access control issues and segregation of duty concerns.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Performing administration of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across all enterprise systems, including provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, access reviews, and authentication support;
Using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) to enforce the principle of least privilege; and
Provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning account access.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $164570 - $269800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
