Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of T&S, driving collaboration, optimization, and synergy for T&S global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support and training, and drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability. The L&D team enables T&S by equipping their talent with business-centric skills so they can lead the growth of our business. The L&D team supports and accompanies employees' performance and development during different stages of their careers. We aim at: - Be the trusted L&D strategic partner to the T&S business leaders. - Define and roll out programs that maximize T&S business impact based on core business needs. - Constantly assess and refine our programs based on learning effectiveness evaluations. - Build a world-class L&D organization for T&S. What will I be doing? - Act as an L&D Business Partner of a global function, build the L&D strategic roadmap with key business partners incl. T&S pillar leaders, identifying business critical competency needs required to improve the function's performance and development - Translate the L&D strategy into expertise and learning requirements and partner with L&D/ Enablement team and critical stakeholders to develop and deliver business critical initiatives; - Contribute to the global L&D system to monitor L&D effectiveness according to global/business needs and consolidate business and end user feedback to continuously iterate learning projects; - Cooperate with different stakeholders across functional teams and locations, to deeply understand the business priorities, and leverage internal/external resources for better implementation of the L&D system and projects; What should I bring with me? - Self starter with strong strategic structured thinking and result-oriented - Extensive Stakeholder Management experience - Ability to effectively build rapport with and influence senior business stakeholders across different global priorities - Demonstrated success in building business impact through a business-centric mindset and approach - Experience working effectively in large, matrixed and global organisations - Team player and ability to multi-task; - Ability to work on own initiative as an Individual Contributer whilst leveraging expertise and resources across the broader L&D team to meet business learning needs - Experience with the Tech industry and its pace - Leadership and communication Communication: - Excellent exec. communicator in written and verbal form with a good cultural sensitivity; - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Adult Education or Talent Development.
