TikTok's US Safety team is dedicated to making TikTok safe for our users, viewers and content creators globally. TikTok is looking for an experienced Learning Systems Specialist to join the US Trust and Safety team. This person will be a vital part of the training team, supporting and coordinating the internal eLearning platform to foster learning culture within the team and among key partners. The individual will create, publish and maintain training courses in LMS and ensure smooth delivery of the learning content to the relevant users. Responsibilities - Deliver and maintain the learning management system (LMS) for US Safety team and moderation sites - Audit training completion and monitor certification requirements for each training course, provide updates and reports to the internal stakeholders - Coordinate LMS access and permissions, as well as learning assignments for multiple user groups, based on roles and functions - Establish and maintain effective relationships with the internal partners across the business for continuous improvement of the system and troubleshooting of technical issues - Create and maintain LMS-related SOPs and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the system - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience as an LMS administrator or in a similar position - Knowledge of and experience with LMS tools and systems - Experience with technical writing and document control tools and SOPs - Ability to prioritize and respond to emerging business needs - Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
