We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

    About the Team
As a Child Safety Operation Specialist within the Trust & Safety Team, you'll be part of a global team that ensures the timely detection and removal of content across the broad spectrum of online child endangerment, such as child sexual abuse and exploitation. • Be able to conduct deep dive analysis and RCAs, and provide strong written and verbal updates to xFn and LPO leadership to ensure timely resolution of on and off platform risks
    • Work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, and possess strong knowledge of the T&S ecosystem including moderation pipelines, enforcement mechanisms and case management processes
    • Develop and support the testing and implementation of innovative enforcement mechanisms to support scaled operations
    • Review user escalations related to the most vulnerable in our community.
    • Review and assess inbound escalations from Law Enforcement and other teams.
    • Execute instant decision-making while analyzing a variety of factors that include imminence of danger, sensitivities, and graphic content and coordinate with a number of internal and external partners including law enforcement in an attempt to ensure user's safety.
