Position summary

1. Responsible for recruitment and training of platform influencer, design activities and promotion strategies based on each anchor's characteristics. 2. Responsible for the increase of popularity, number of fans, and income of anchors through proper strategies. 3. Responsible for tracking and analysis of the operating data of the influencer, and improve the quality of the anchors' content based on the results. 4. Responsible for communication with anchors, and increase influencers' broadcasting rate and retention in TikTok live platform. 1. Fluent in English, experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred. 2. Patient, have good communication skills and be able to communicate with anchors on daily basis. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, and coordination and learning abilities.
