Position summary

1. Work closely with content issue cases and content quality assurance team to develop a governance system for global livestream. 2. Establish an orderly mechanism to conduct livestream community education and optimise the quality of streamers' contents through developing products that combine end-user perception and governance system. 3. Cooperate with TnS, algorithms, operations and AI Lab team to design a fair decision making logic and strategy through different risk indicators to ensure a healthy livestream content environment. 4. Develop an external and internal feedback mechanism to increase livestream community satisfaction level. 1. Min. Bachelor degree. 2. At least 3 years of experience in the internet industry, with a focus on either product, strategy or algorithm. Prior experience in content operation, risk assurance or recommendation product is an added bonus. 3. Passion for content product; avid user of user generated content app. 4. Self-disciplined, self- motivated, excellent sense of logic with great learning ability.
