About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and operating the large-scale TikTok LIVE campaign. Including innovative idea generation, product requirement document preparations, visual and graphic design, campaign configuration, campaign XFN resource coordination, off-line campaign recap preparation and review.
  • Continuously discover innovative campaign mechanics and pattern according to the characteristics of TikTok users. Explore the user paid potential from the functional scenarios and historical data, in order to expand the paid scenarios. Develop specific strategies for elevating business indicators.
  • Constantly iterate the campaign strategy through reviewing data of previous campaigns, LIVE ecology, and industry prospect.
  • Coordinate cross-functional cooperation and independently drive resource allocation and project execution.
  • Bachelor degree or above. 2-5 years of working experience in internet product operation, user operation or content operation. Experience in strategy, cooperation and business analysis is preferred.
  • Passionate about short video industries and creator economy, well-understood user psychology.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skill, excellent data analysis skill.
  • Prototype interaction tool capability and background in UI design are a plus.
  • Excellent ownership with a strong sense of responsibility and cross-cultural understanding. And strong verbal communication skills along with collaborative teamwork spirit.
