    Position summary

    distribution and user growth optimization across all apps of CapCut, including Jianying, CapCut, Hypic, so as to enhance content distribution efficiency and user growth efficiency

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategy of video creation tools globally, including CapCut, Hypic, etc.
    • Enhance user growth efficiency by optimizing distribution efficiency of content created by CapCut, Hypic, etc.
    • Optimize user experiences during creation via a deep understanding of user behavior and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Strong coding skills with a solid foundation in data structure and algorithms.
    • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with passion for tackling challenging problems.
    • Familiarity with one or more areas in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
    • Strong practical ability, papers published in relevant competitions and top academic conferences (such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc.) are preferred.
