Position summary

The Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. Responsibilities The Management Optimisation (MO) team aims to drive collaboration, optimisation and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. Our team owns the operation management related metrics and data and shares them across global moderation teams. We own SOP making, target setting, evaluation plans, and wellness optimisation. We drive change initiatives within the teams, and ensure they perform with maximum efficiency. What will I be doing? - Providing data and strategic support to trust and safety operations teams. - Managing a team of 20+ based in different countries. - Optimising the organisation's management status through: metrics governance, evaluation plans, SOP, and dedicated business solutions. - Set up and track performance targets for the operations teams. - Take leading roles in key projects that directly affect budget control and standard of services. What should I bring? - 5+ yrs in tech and 3+ yrs in trust and safety area. - 3+ yrs managing international teams based in different countries. - Experienced in taking leading roles of setting up moderation sites from 0-1 - Expertise in providing mgmt support to scaled teams. (10k+ HC international teams). - Able to provide data driven and strategic support to the organisation. - Expertise in following areas: metros governance, SOP setting up, moderators’s scorecard and evaluation plans, wellness optimisation, Workhour management, management tool kit, etc. - Experienced in taking leading roles in providing business solutions to global level projects, including but not limited to efficiency enhancement and budget control, quality management optimisation. - Deep understanding of data. - Strong stakeholder management and transcultural communication skills.
