- B2B Marketing planning and executing: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to expand TikTok's advertising business in Vietnam.
- Engage Advertisers and Agencies: Create compelling messaging, narratives, and marketing collaterals to effectively engage and attract advertisers and agencies in the Vietnamese market.
- Localization and Trans-creation: Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to localize marketing campaigns for the Vietnam market, including trans-creation of creative assets to ensure cultural relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, PR, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive B2B marketing programs and initiatives tailored to the Vietnamese market.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and activate integrated marketing campaigns, including events, training sessions, case studies, and collaterals to showcase TikTok's advertising solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or business strategy.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in the media, advertising, or technology industries is highly desirable.
- Partner Marketing: Experience in driving Advertisers and Agencies marketing or sales programs is preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: A proven track record of working collaboratively with and influencing sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Strategy: Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikTok's solutions, the advertising industry, and the nuances of the Vietnam market.
