Position summary

- Grow the local search operation team and oversee their day-to-day management. - Lead the team to establish and maintain search model labeling criteria, provide professional suggestions for the optimisation of criteria. - Continuously evaluate outcomes, optimize the workflow, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality. - Strengthen the team's understanding of Search Ops policies. - Responsible for localising working process and strategies, cooperate with cross-functional teams such as product, research & development teams to optimize search strategies and improve users' search experience. - Report, analyse, and provide insights on our quality process - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred - 3+ years’ experience working on search operation in a major tech or media company, familiar with DCG evaluation process - Recent and minimum 2 years experience as Team Lead/Content Manager/ Technical Lead [Strong people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills.] - General knowledge about Search Engineering/Search engines and Search related strategies. - Deep understanding of online safety, privacy, and expression issues - Strong attention to details and ability to work independently - Possesses good interpersonal skills, demonstrate good judgment, training and coaching skills - Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries, ideally have experience with different European markets/region - Outstanding natural communicator (verbal/written) with excellent language and communication skills at full proficiency level in English) What's on Offer You will be part of an international technology company with a growing presence.
