    Position summary

    y (IMI) team is part of the Global Monetization Strategy and Operation (MSO) organization here at TikTok. As down-to-earth strategic partners with a holistic bird's eye view, our mission is to drive healthy and sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, cost and experience across TikTok monetization product and the global markets that we operate. We are looking to hire a Monetization Integrity Strategist to oversee the integrity of priority regional markets. The ideal person is capable and passionate about making TikTok the most trusted and easiest platform to advertise on from a global perspective.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct industry research and data analysis on key integrity issues on priority regional markets including North Americas and LATAM. Identify gaps or conflicts in existing integrity product capabilities, ads policies, monetization integrity system or other new types of risks;
      -Work closely with product (Business Integrity) and operation (Monetization Integrity) teams to design solutions in critical fields, such as advertiser verification, actor integrity, account suspensions and enforcement quality, and advertiser experience.
    • Set goals, strategies, and directions for cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, data science, operations, sales, T&S, PR, and legal teams etc), develop scalable solutions, and work towards consensus across the organization;
    • Track external environments related to monetization integrity and safety, such as international policy changes, industrial best practices, competitor benchmarks, provide insights and strategic directions to relevant teams;
    • Provide objective, thorough, data-driven recommendations with clear and actionable suggestions to senior leadership;
    • Build metrics and tracking strategies to inform integrity performance and detect risks at an early stage.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or above.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry and/or risk management.
    • Understanding of international politics, culture, ads policies, tech operations, and stakeholder management in quickly scaling organizations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree.
    • Strong research and data analytics skills.
    • Fast execution and excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Digital ads risk management experience.
    • Familiar with local or global laws and regulations related to digital advertising.
    • Experienced in international Internet/social media companies.
    • Passionate about Internet industry and willing to grow with the company in the process of learning by dealing with emerging global issues and challenges.
