Position summary

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We have several global offices including Los Angeles, New York, Austin, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. The aim of Monetization Integrity team is to create a safe advertising space for both clients and users. We work closely with strategic cross-functional partners and advertisers, striving to implement policies that mitigate and eliminate risks. As we continue to expand, your involvement will impact the direction and growth of our products and company. Responsibilities: - Respond to policy questions and client or business partner escalations. - Support the end-to-end process of policy conception to iteration. - Perform policy research and analysis. - Educate and communicate cross-functional partners on policy matters. - Final year Undergraduate or Postgraduate, majoring in Law, Sociology, Political Science, Public Policy, Mass or Media Communications, Journalism, or other relevant field of study. - Students with deep interest and knowledge in advertising regulations or social media risks and trends will be considered. - Able to commence within short notice and commit to at least 4 months of internship, with at least 4 full work days per week. - High energy with excellent communication skills.
