    Position summary

    The high-performing Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial deals: Support the team in managing all stages of commercial deals, from initial contracting to final closure and payout. This includes preparing necessary documentation, tracking deal progress, and ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution. This involves scheduling meetings, facilitating communication between teams, and assisting in resolving any issues that arise during the deal process.
    • Support revenue growth initiatives: Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth from key clients and agencies. This includes analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to senior team members as they develop and execute revenue growth plans.
    • Conduct market research and analysis: Perform research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. This includes gathering data, analyzing findings, and presenting recommendations to the team.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Exhibits good business acumen, international mindset and strong analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Have good communication skills, team spirit and strong execution ability, can push the team forward to the goal and good at summarizing,
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
