Position summary

TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. Let's join TikTok to improve content ecosystem of TikTok Philippines! You will be involved in: - Develop and implement music content strategy for the local market and responsible for the key results. - Identify, build and amplify the viral music content, run through and summarize the life circle of viral music. - Conceptualize and produce music and sound effects for the product. - Oversee in-app music operation including music database management, recommendations, playlist curation and data performance analysis. - Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with established and emerging artists and local labels, including working out the PH music artists database and onboard strategy; securing partnerships to increase TikTok music awareness and support product/business requirements. - Work closely with the XFN team for each project to enhance the influence of TikTok in local music industry. - Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years experience in a music-related position with a successful track record. - Tagalog speakers along with a good command of English, both spoken and written. - Comprehensive understanding of local entertainment industry, familiar with a wide range of music. - Deep understanding of TikTok and viral content building and the creative process of music creation from composition to production. - Experience with managing music campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion. - Basic knowledge of music licensing and music editing software.
