    Position summary

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in supporting end-to-end music programming and promotion campaigns-help gather inputs, track timelines, and support basic reporting and wrap-ups
    2. Help with campaign coordination for global artists: support content programming, creative brainstorming, channel coordination, and timeline tracking alongside artist and label teams
    3. Work with the Artist Partnerships team to support the execution of marketing plans and help keep workstreams organized
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Ops, Legal) to help track campaign progress, flag updates, and support decision-making
    5. Help organize and maintain campaign tools and templates (briefs, creative guidelines, launch checklists, reporting formats) to support team efficiency
    6. Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling basic data insights, and contributing to team learnings and post-mortems

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Based in Seoul
    • Proficient-level Korean and business-level English proficiency required
    • Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Bachelor's degree program within the past year
    • Passionate about the Korean music scene and curious about how it connects with global audiences-eager to learn and grow your industry knowledge
    • Able to manage basic tasks independently, communicate clearly, and ask questions when unsure
    • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and proactive - you take ownership of what you do and care about getting it right

    Preferred Qualification(s)

    • Internships or school project experience in marketing, media, or music-related fields is a plus
