The Monetization Customer Experience team provides omnichannel technical product support across our Advertising Products & Platforms ecosystem. Our team is based globally across Austin, San Jose, London, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Tokyo & Sydney, providing global coverage for our internal and external stakeholders.

As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will be in charge of building value streams and coordinating with a variety of cross functional teams, engineering, business process owners and management to innovate and implement processes to support and improve the operations team. The goal is to maximize value through efficient systems and freeing up manager’s time to focus on the business. This role is responsible for process design, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts by reducing waste and inefficiencies, but must coordinate efforts across sites within the business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns 
• Performing statistical analysis of data
• Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
• Preparing reports and presenting these to management and other stakeholders
• Monitoring data quality and working with cross functional partners to remove corrupt data
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
• Design and carry out internal surveys and analyze survey data
• BA or BS or equivalent practical experience
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong relationship management skills
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary (owner mentality)
• Experience of producing robust, credible business cases for operational change
• Reasonable understanding of Tiktok Ad Manager platform
• Proven working experience in the role
• Preferred experience in a Contact Centre/Service program for any Advertising Tech company
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques a plus
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of and experience with any of the reporting and statistical packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, Excel) a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
