Our Networking team brings together innovative ideas and technologies from network architecture, software defined networking (SDN), network virtualization, switch software and hardware co-design, and high-speed networking, to create hyperscale data-center networking solutions that power several of the most popular apps of the world such as Douyin and TikTok which serve hundreds of millions of users around the globe.

The Networking team is responsible for designing, building, and operating the global, intelligent network infrastructure to meet the requirements of high availability, scalability, and high-performance. By joining this team, you will gain marketable software development and/or network operation experiences in data center networking at massive scale.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design of the overall solution for data center optical interconnection, technical roadmap planning, and key technical solution design and selection;
2. Responsible for optical module/AOC related product qualification and quality control;
3. Responsible for optical module/AOC selection and related hardware solution design;
4. Research and development of optical interconnection related network control, management, monitoring, and other automation requirements, to improve network operation and maintenance efficiency.


5. Master's degree or above, major in fiber optics communication, optoelectronics, communication/electronic engineering, etc.;
6. Have a solid theoretical understanding of fiber optic communication systems and the corresponding optical and optoelectronic device theories;
7. Experience with optical design software or fiber optic communication system analysis software, such as Zemax/RSoft/VPI/OptiSystem, etc.;
8. Familiar with https://IEEE802.3, OTN related ITU-T, and OIF standards;
9. Have certain hardware design capability, such as PCB hardware design experience, and have the ability to select and design optical and electronic chips and devices;
10. Have strong practical operation skills, have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and have strong on-site pressure management ability;
11. Have knowledge of computer networking , understand the TCP/IP protocol stack, and those with knowledge of software programming ability are preferred.
