Position summary

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, who is a master narrative builder who lives in Google Slides or Keynote. You have experience working directly with creative agencies and have a passion for commerce, gaming, measurement, creator marketing, or creative production. You will work closely with product, partner managers, SMB, and Global Business Marketing to support the partners in the TikTok Partner Marketing Program. This role is a part of the Ecosystem Partnerships team supporting partners globally across specialties reporting to the Partner Marketing Program Manager. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is hungry to learn, and ready to take on big challenges. You're a passionate storyteller, you can see the big picture but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into docs and ask questions. You are a connector and bring people together towards shared goals. You never shy away from learning new things and are looking for your chance to shine and make a big difference on a small but mighty team. Must have a proven track record of supporting sales teams in a marketing capacity. Ideally, this candidate has experience in creating and driving sales programs from 0 to 1 with methods for prioritization and organization. The candidate must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills with a hunger for measuring ROI and scaling/iterating processes quickly. Responsibilities - Define and implement marketing strategy/ programs that acquire new business for partners and drive ongoing engagement and improvements to existing initiatives - Excellent writing skills in building one sheets, decks, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies - Support creation of vertical-specific training assets and communications and localization of these assets - Partner effectively with product and sales to create world-class product marketing and training and learning materials - Comfortable leading market assessment via quantitative and qualitative methods - Review current assets to ascertain gaps and opportunities - Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to clarify content needs to develop and maintain a robust library of learning assets - 4-5 years in product marketing, sales enablement, or product strategy function - B2B content development experience with strong understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape - Ability to translate data into clear audience-focused narratives to build effective collateral and packages - Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (e.g. data sets, interview feedback, research) - A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change - Excellent written and verbal communication in English with strength in copy writing TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
