    Position summary

    s within our global Operations & Marketing organisation. The team is focused on delivering localised strategies, building local content partnerships, partner performance optimisation, and content and creator program management. All of this to help deliver on our broader global commitment to understanding and championing the needs of our creators and communities while building a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity of our users and our platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyse, interpret and translate key metrics and business trends around Lifestyle and Entertainment into strategic insights; develop a comprehensive strategy to drive our local creator and content development for the Lifestyle and Entertainment verticals.
    • Build local content partnerships with creators, influencers and industry players; track, analyse and drive the optimisation of managed portfolio performance.
    • Work with global and regional teams in rollout of vertical activations; ideate and launch local creative programs independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams (comms, sales and other key departments outside of the operations team) with the goal of improving key metrics and supporting desired business outcomes.
    • 7+ years of relevant industry experience in content operations or content partnerships.
    • In-depth domain knowledge about Lifestyle or Entertainment content.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Good understanding of local culture and Internet development trends.
    • Existing relationships with top content creators/influencers or industry players.
    • Strong organisation skills to engage multiple teams in alignment and workflow.
    • Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
    • Fluent English. Fluent Kazakh proficiency is preferred.
