Position summary
reconciliation, withdrawal, and tax reporting.
Drive roadmap and feature iterations for payment and settlement capabilities, balancing speed, cost, and regulatory compliance while delivering a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with Global Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams to design revenue-recognition, tax-calculation, and e-invoicing solutions that scale across multiple markets.
Partner with Merchant Ops and Creator Ops to analyze performance data, user feedback, and policy changes; convert insights into rapid product improvements.
Coordinate engineering, design, risk, and legal teams to deliver high-quality releases on aggressive timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above and 5+ years of product management experience in internet industry.
Hands-on experience with finance, payments, or settlement products.
Deep knowledge of clearing-and-settlement fundamentals and familiarity with leading third-party payout platforms and their integration flows.
Strong product sense, analytical rigor, and the ability to make data-driven decisions under ambiguity.
Proven record of shipping complex, cross-functional projects on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building international payout or tax-compliant financial products.
Background in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
