Responsibilities:
- As a People Partner, you will wear multiple hats, acting as a trusted advisor, a hands-on problem-solver, and a strategic project leader. Your scope will be broad and will evolve with the needs of the business.
- Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.
- Partner with HRBPs to support the SMB leadership team, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies.
- Analyze trends in performance, attrition, and engagement using HR metrics and dashboards to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Provide guidance on business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers.
- Enhance employee development and management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Conduct initial fact-finding and investigations into employee relations concerns, partnering with our central ER and Legal teams on high-risk cases.
- Manage core People Partner processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, and system changes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, or Human Capital Consultant.
- Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting a Sales, GTM, or SMB client group in the tech industry.
- Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up.
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Experience partnering with regional and international stakeholders and colleagues to drive global initiatives.
