    Position summary

    on is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead complex, cross-functional projects that require alignment and buy-in from stakeholders across the organization, utilizing diversified data sources and research to make informed decisions and drive projects to success.
    • Own the process, design, enablement, and evolution of Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Incentive Management, including the Bottoms-Up process, Top-Down allocation, Quota Setting, Productivity, and Incentive Design and Execution.
    • Drive revenue planning, focusing on long-term and short-term opportunities, identifying levers, and driving execution to inform business direction and alignment across stakeholders.
    • Manage weekly reporting; Identify and complete key analysis to deep dive, analyze, and discover meaningful insights and collaborate with other XFN partners (https://i.e., Strategy, Product).
    • Define, design, and ensure adherence to processes and policies related to Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Incentive Management, including managing conflict and exceptions.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement and support for completing key processes, as well as thinking proactively to ensure communication and support are tailored to upcoming demands.
    • Fluidly transition between high-level synthesized executive presentations and in-depth, rolling-up-the-sleeves detailed support and analysis.
    • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with experience in Strategy and Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Banking, Consulting, or similar fields; experience in digital advertising is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
    • Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Ability and appetite for learning quickly in a fast-paced team environment
    • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Experience with forecasting, quota setting, planning, and compensation is a plus
    • Experience using CRM Platforms(Salesforce, Dynamics, etc), Order Management Systems(Operative, Prisma, etc), and Compensation Platforms(Anaplan/Xactly/SPIFF) is a plus
