We're looking for talented product managers to help us better understand the global diverse requirements and trends from consumption and creation perspectives. Responsibilities

  • Work on solutions to improve content quality, drive creator and user satisfaction, and mitigate brand risk
  • Monitor content understanding systems, creator and user experience, public perspectives etc., identify issues and seize every tiny dynamic change and opportunity of ecosystem by scientific analysis
  • Formulate strategy plans and figure out details for various cultural regions, user groups, product scenarios
  • Identify content by human labeling and artificial intelligence models, provide the best user and creator experience by optimizing the processes and strategies of creation and consumption mechanism, working with cross-functional partners such as Policy, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in content or strategy related works
  • Ability to understand the needs of content consumers, creators and diverse users, etc.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and with excellent problem-solving skills to achieve challenging goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication to build trusted relationships with cross functions Preferred Requirements
  • Product experience with large-scale enterprise
  • Experience in successful application of machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence
