The Trust & Safety policy team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our apps, while protecting our brand.
As a Policy Implementation Manager, you are the bridge between the Product Policy team and our stakeholders, ensuring that policies are deployed effectively and efficiently, through clear communication and robust global processes. You will also strategies and provide solutions to positively impact policy operability. You will be given opportunities to examine the effectiveness of policy deployments, and develop and streamline processes in order to achieve nimble yet rigorous policy iteration. You will work closely with our stakeholders to safeguard our platform through the successful deployment of sound policies.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
