What will I be doing?
- Lead and manage the LIVE Subject Matter Expert (SME) team, setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality policy output
- Develop and maintain enforcement guidance for LIVE content areas
- Provide policy interpretation and subject matter expertise on complex or borderline cases
- Align LIVE policy with moderation infrastructure and tools to ensure operable enforcement
- Design workflows and enforcement strategies for high-risk issues and repeat circumvention
- Support the creation of LIVE-specific materials and training sessions for enforcement and operations teams
- Support content audits, case labeling, and RCA deep-dives to improve enforcement quality and consistency
- Provide expert guidance and support during high-risk escalations
- Support creator education and platform transparency efforts to promote understanding of LIVE policy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in policy, trust & safety, risk, or related fields
- 2+ years people management experience, with a track record of developing team talent
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, write policy, and translate them into operational guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences and/or external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on or with LIVE streaming products or content moderation systems
- Deep understanding of global policy issues such as misinformation, election integrity, youth safety, or regulated goods
- Experience in policy implementation or enforcement at a technology platform
- Strong project management skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving policy areas
