    Position summary

    • Coordinate projects and drive cross-stakeholder alignment to support the implementation of privacy requirements and recommendations (including communication of objectives and progress, setting timelines, tracking progress).
    • Help organize cross-functional meetings and workshops, including managing invitations, preparing agendas, keeping notes and tracking progress on action items.
    • Assess strengths and identify areas for operational improvements; provide recommendations to address these.
    • Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization.
    • Measure and monitor key performance indicators and program progress. Report on program performance.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar position in a fast-paced, global organization.
    • Expertise in program and project management strategies, methods, techniques, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
    • Experience in change management and performance evaluation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in privacy, legal compliance, technology, and/or social media; CIPP certification is a plus.
    • Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a sense of humor.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $170000 - $319200 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
