Position summary

We are looking for a Process and Programs Intern to join our Trust & Safety Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Department in Singapore. This role will be responsible for the continuous enhancement of our recruitment process and the driving of solutions implementation together with our Global Talent Acquisition Partners. What will I be doing? 1. Partner with the Programs Team to participate in building innovative and scalable solutions to drive various recruitment programs. 2. Serve as a trusted advisor and process implementation owner, planning & managing complex implementation processes on a global scale. 3. Establish a standardised process and centralised platform to enable and facilitate knowledge sharing across the T&S TA Team. 4. Work closely with cross-functional partners to identify novel and scalable solutions to drive system enablement for various recruitment programs to meet business objectives effectively and efficiently. 5. Lead and facilitate meetings with recruitment and business stakeholders to drive process and implementation. 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide structured solutions. 7. Contribute to various global talent recruitment programs on an ad-hoc basis. What should I bring with me? 1. A background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree from a recognised university 2. Available for at least 3 days per week, ideally can do 6 months 3. Highly proficient in English. 4. Eye for detail; proactive and willing to take on challenges. 5. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs. 6. Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus. 7. Good communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail. 8. Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
