    Position summary

    tial event marketing, including regional/global events and webinars to support TikTok-owned, partner-owned, or industry from a programming or strategic standpoint. Requires heavy oversight, strong coordination skills, and results-driven design;

    • Work closely with the comms team for planning PR promotion of key moments or tentpoles;
    • Proficient writer for digital marketing content creation including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers;
    • Demonstrated strong abilities for deck building and storytelling product and core brand narratives;
    • Project driver collaborating with key internal stakeholders across the business including product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more;
    • Work closely with partnership teams in LATAM to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies;
    • Collaborate across paid, earned, and owned channels to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion;
    • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize integrated marketing efforts and report on performance metrics.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising and/or technology industries;
    • Experience in copywriting;
    • Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies or events vendors;
    • A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking;
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change;
    • Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in video production and familiar with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut;
    • Experience working with creative, creator, advertising technology, measurement and/or media agencies.
