The Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. Responsibilities The Product Business Partner (Product BP) team leads change management and transition of initiatives of T&S operations. It evaluates and assesses process changes for implementation in T&S operations. The team acts as an entry point between business and T&S operations for all requests related to product, policy or process. What will I be doing? - Identify product opportunities, define product problems, and drive product solutions to mitigate risks. - Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals. - Lead, Develop and Proactively suggest policy and process improvisation for T&S operations, to prevent abuse of a wide range of features while ensuring trust and protecting TikTok's brand reputation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 3+ of experience in consumer technology or internet safety; - Strong understanding of business models and products within the consumer technology space and/or internet safety; - Self-starter and take initiative in driving practical processes; - Exceptional communications skills to build relationships with global business stakeholders; - Proven product management experience; Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
