Responsibilities • Work with product managers to launch products and optimizations based on market requirements and data analysis. • Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives. • Support the goal of responsible development of TikTok's ad products by planning product vision • Own the product strategy and execution for features and products designed to support our users at each step of the process, improving user experience and conversation rates. • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally. • Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations. • Assist with the long-term product development plans and collaborate with the user product team to provide users with a more complete and smooth TikTok experience.
