    Position summary

    wth team (UG) at TikTok plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Lemon8, CapCut, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok products. The creative team at UG is looking for a talented and self-directed senior professional to generate, manage, and evolve the creative initiatives for our suite of industry-leading products.

    Job Description:

    1. Responsible for building ad creative capabilities in paid ads scenarios, supporting the global ad placement of ByteDance products.
    2. Research and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, business pain points, iterative ads creative whole-link capabilities and strategies.
    3. Continuously optimize processes and platform capabilities from both business and platform perspectives, while maintaining ongoing iterations to promote business efficiency and process perfection.
    4. Coordinate internal and external resources within the team, ensuring the project operates efficiently and maintain control over the product launch quality and actual implementation results.

    Qualifications

    1. A deep cognition and understanding of internet advertising, as well as the capacity to make judgments and learn quickly.
    2. Demonstrated goal-oriented and structured mindset, clear and meticulous logical thinking abilities, sensitivity to data, strong ability to analyse data, and capability to identify and delve into problems via data, proposing viable solutions.
    3. Possess strong communication, coordination, and advancement skills, able to effectively organize and facilitate project implementation by utilizing resources from various parties.
    4. A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required, Candidates with a background in advertising material related fields will be given priority.
