Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for building vendor management for UGC products. Leverage vendors to provide engaging UGC filters to drive the evolution and innovation of UGC in the scenarios of brand advertising, continuously drive client budgets, and be accountable for the revenue of brand advertising
- Collaborate with global operations and sales, have an in-depth understanding of the brand advertising ecosystem, identify the needs of brand advertisers, propose brand advertising solutions related to creator content, and be accountable for the long-term strategies of product
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA degree (graduating in 2027/2028), preferably in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across teams and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Passion for creators, content/community governance, and trust & safety in digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Able to commit to at least 4 days per week for a period of 3-6 months is preferred.
