The Brand Ads team sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. As the Product Marketing Lead for this team, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's branding-focused products. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our branding solutions offerings.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge to work with branding-based products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross-functional partners.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $171600 - $392000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
