Are you passionate about identifying problems and building solutions that help clients grow their business? TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Leader to join our North American Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to advise Agencies, clients, our Sales Partners, HQ PMMs, PM, RD, as well as influence the marketing industry across North America. The successful candidate will lead and manage a growing team of Measurement product marketers across North America to drive TikTok preferred measurement methods, best practice and product adoption at scale. This person will be comfortable talking about a combination of techniques and measurement and effectiveness strategies that drive insights and business value for both internal and external stakeholders. An ability to self-motivate, radically prioritize and influence partners are key skills. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Product Marketing, Product & Engineering teams along with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing Science, and Partnership teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion and vision for measurement and advertising, exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive impact across teams. Responsibilities - Lead a talented, motivated and high-performing Measurement PMM team. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team. - Develop strong C-level relationships, and use market insights to inform partnerships strategies to help our clients grow their business and support our strategic priorities. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Measurement and Signals Industry and drive thought leadership internally and externally inclusive of past, present and future state perspective/changes. - Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy that will accelerate the growth and adoption of TikTok's measurement products. - Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy - Work towards bi-monthly OKRs such as revenue growth, new technology solutions, solution adoption and driving innovation - Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience - Experience in MarTech, Measurement, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must - Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks, experience in ad-effectiveness measurement techniques. - Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations - Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and executionally rigorous teams - Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities - Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or other relevant advanced degree TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
