    TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams.     TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for brand solutions in Southeast Asia. Sitting as part of the SEA Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with brand marketing. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in Southeast Asia
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of brand marketers to drive business outcomes
    • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies
    • Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals
    • Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns
    • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams
    • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently
    • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in digital marketing business for brand campaigns
    • Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries
    • Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills
    • Fluency in local SEA languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Tagalog, or others) is a plus to effectively communicate with and support our diverse customer base across Southeast Asia.
