Position summary

This role can be based in Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York! TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Operations Management Platform (SOMP) team. The SOMP PMM team is responsible for driving product adoption and loyalty of our internal CRM platform, building relationships with North America cross-functional teams, managing feedback, and influence the Product team with market insights. This role is focused on go-to-market activations and requirements collection for our Sales and Sales Ops teams. We are looking for someone who has the ability to understand business and end-user needs and has a proactive approach to problem solving. You will work closely with Global PMM, Sales, Sales Ops, as well Product and Partnerships teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for CRM systems, digital advertising, exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive impact across teams. Responsibilities: - Drive regional strategic product adoption by enabling sales teams/sales ops with collateral, training programs, and other enablement programs (workshop, office hours, etc.) - Develop and execute go-to-market programs to support North American business teams. - Maintain regular communication, engagement with key stakeholders and end-users, understand the user's needs and collect feedback for the product team. - Working with relevant stakeholders to identify key problem areas and opportunities for improvement, leading on and interpreting, documenting, and effectively implementing all required/proposed system changes. - Partner with global Product Strategy to conduct market research, gather business insights, and act as the voice of the North America market in product development. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, product marketing or a related industry. - Deep knowledge of the North America digital advertising market and industry. - Experience in product marketing or product management, ideally working on advertising products or CRM systems. - Experience presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally. - Track record of delivering high-quality work at a large tech company, and working cross-functionally. - A self-motivated problem solver, organized thinker, and highly effective communicator. - Excellent data analysis acumen. - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, advanced degree preferred.
