- Strategy & Operational Excellence
- Partner with regional Operations and Sales teams to define and execute data-informed go-to-market and growth strategies for TikTok's Creative and Creator solutions
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that align with TikTok's growth priorities and drive advertiser enablement at scale
- Design and implement operational processes, business planning, and performance frameworks that embed accountability and support sustainable product adoption and market expansion
- Advertiser Enablement & Product Adoption
- Lead 1st-party and 3rd-party creative product adoption across METAP - Design and delivering workshops, trainings, and playbooks that elevate advertiser performance
- Partner with sales and marketing science teams to translate advertiser feedback into actionable insights, shaping future product development and feature prioritization
- Provide advertiser-level operational support and ensure a seamless customer experience across the creative product lifecycle
- Champion best practices and incentive programs that boost creative effectiveness and advertiser satisfaction
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and clear narratives that inform business decisions and product strategy
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Marketing Science teams to uncover performance drivers and market opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic connector between Product, Sales, Business Marketing, and HQ counterparts to co-create advertiser-centric creative solutions
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across METAP to influence strategy and deliver measurable business impact
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Turkish or Arabic, both written and oral: In this role, you will work closely with external partners across the METAP region. High proficiency in Turkish or Arabic, both written and oral, is required to support client communications, facilitate collaboration, and ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders across Turkish- and Arabic-speaking markets.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing-related field
- 5 years' experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environments
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial-and-error iterations, and constantly improving through proficiency in data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced, global organizations
- Experience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony) and familiarity with marketplace dynamics
