    Project Intern:
    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive end-to-end campaign management for the Brand Innovation Creator product (Branded Buzz), ensuring launch readiness, execution quality, and effective coordination across agency partners, creators, and internal stakeholders
    • Contribute to agency and creator operations strategy by optimizing onboarding, participation, and creator sourcing workflows to drive scalable product growth
    • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights on creator participation, delivery progress, and performance trends, informing optimization and decision-making
    • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Payments, and Operations teams to align on key issues, synthesize feedback, and drive resolution of critical action items
    • Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and scalability of creator monetization programs

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or above
    • Experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry
    • Strong understanding of the creator economy, with expertise in creator-led product solutions
    • Proven experience leading end-to-end complex projects across multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM) and analytical skills
    • Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship, ideally longer

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity
    • Experience working with social media platforms and creators
    • A fast learner
    • Experience working with global teams
    • A commercial mindset with experience building product from 0 to 1
