Project Intern:
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end campaign management for the Brand Innovation Creator product (Branded Buzz), ensuring launch readiness, execution quality, and effective coordination across agency partners, creators, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to agency and creator operations strategy by optimizing onboarding, participation, and creator sourcing workflows to drive scalable product growth
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights on creator participation, delivery progress, and performance trends, informing optimization and decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Payments, and Operations teams to align on key issues, synthesize feedback, and drive resolution of critical action items
- Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and scalability of creator monetization programs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or above
- Experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, with expertise in creator-led product solutions
- Proven experience leading end-to-end complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM) and analytical skills
- Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship, ideally longer
