Responsibilities:
Drive Regional Product Operations for Brand Ads
- Own the operationalization of Brand Ads products across EUI, ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting to regional market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (XFN)
- Partner closely with Product, Global PMM, MarSci, Other region Ops, and regional sales teams to translate product updates, inbound market feedback, and outbound strategies into actionable GTM plans.
GTM & Enablement Strategy
- Develop and maintain GTM materials, product narratives, performance benchmarks, and incentive frameworks to support scaled adoption across EUI.
Performance Analysis & Growth Validation
- Analyze campaign performance data to validate product effectiveness, identify growth levers, and build evidence-based product positioning.
Inbound & Outbound Feedback Loop
- Aggregate client and AE feedback to inform product iteration, while ensuring timely communication of roadmap updates and feature enhancements to frontline teams.
Incentive & Adoption Strategy
- Design and support incentive programs and activation strategies to accelerate adoption and ensure measurable product growth.
Revenue & Operational Tracking
- Monitor product-level KPIs across EUI, including revenue contribution, adoption penetration, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends and patterns, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Excel) for data organization, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Genuine interest in product operations, especially in areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, experimentation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and partner effectively with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a willingness to test ideas, learn from experiments, and adapt based on data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major social platforms, along with a basic understanding of their core advertising formats and best practices.
- Foundational knowledge of digital advertising principles, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
