Position summary

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe. What will I be doing? - Continuously dig deep into business requirements through user research, user feedback, data analysis, etc., and gain insights into services and processes' pain points to understand the actual demands from the users. - Be responsible for sorting out the data index system, defining key indexes and driving data construction. - Be able to transform product demands into MRD/BRD documents, provide the platform and tool-based solutions, and coordinate with R&D for resources to implement programs. 4. Engage in requirements testing and verification, tracking and promoting the progress of platform requirements proactively to ensure the efficiency and quality of the implementation. - Produce platform operation documents, train and promote platform features, and enhance frontline users' awareness and product usage. - Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, business, legal, etc.), be able to respond to emergencies in time, undertake project requirements and be responsible for resource coordination, and ensure the smooth implementation of projects all around the world. - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science or related science and tech major. - More than 3 years of Internet product or project management experience, familiar with mid and backstage products, content security field/workflow management related work experience preferred. - Have business acumen, understand the business context and business logic quickly, and quickly understand system logic. - Have data sensitivity and gain insight into data to support business optimization, preferred with experience in data warehousing, data mining, etc. - Excellent logical thinking ability, business abstraction, technical understanding and the ability to establish effective communication with product and R&D teams on technical issues for implementation. - Excellent project management, XFN collaboration, communication and presentation skills, and good at communicating and coordinating resources to facilitate cooperation. Overseas project management or team communication experience is preferred. - Knowledge of the BPO industry, with relevant experience in BPO management preferred. - Self-driven, proactive, great ownership and willing to accept challenges and try new things.
