    Position summary

    and enforcement workflows to inform scalable and consistent enforcement approaches. Leveraging automation and data-driven insights, you will help strengthen detection, escalation, and resolution processes across video content on a global scale. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong expertise in online safety enforcement, and the ability to navigate complex, evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and track enforcement performance against key metrics to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable enforcement strategies for cross-functional teams.
    • Identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to reduce the presence of potentially harmful content on the platform.
    • Develop enforcement signals and refine moderation strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Design and advance proactive and reactive enforcement methodologies that extend beyond human moderation, collaborating with product teams to enhance automated model enforcement.
    • Review graphic and potentially offensive video content to ensure policy compliance.
    • Evaluate and improve training materials, while advocating for necessary tooling and technology enhancements to support enforcement efforts.
    • Collaborate with policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and public relations teams to innovate and evolve safety strategies, leveraging the latest industry developments and best practices.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years experience in Trust and Safety, with demonstrated exposure to policy enforcement, and policy development.
    • Strong understanding of automation, model policy frameworks, and enforcement metrics.
    • Proficiency in data analysis to inform and optimize enforcement strategies.
    • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and balance complex trade-offs in developing principled enforcement strategies.
    • Experience collaborating effectively across international teams spanning multiple time zones.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience contributing to newly formed teams within established organizations.
    • Proven track record in launching innovative strategies and leading 0-1 initiatives.
    • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners across multiple geographies.
    • Strong business judgment, with proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $206172 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
