About the Team TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and engage with new and existing customers. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small. The Global SMB Program Management team builds, develops, and evolves the programs that drive our core sales teams and lead generating functions. As the Program Specialist, you'll work on implementation, execution and refinement of program initiatives. You will help develop initiatives and be responsible for key parts of their execution and deliver day to day support. You'll also provide important feedback for further improvements to streamline processes within our SMB Sales teams. In addition, you will be responsible for detailed reporting and creating insights for the program management function and our sales teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the execution, tracking and optimization of regional and segment focused sales programs. - Gather quantitative and qualitative data, modeling bigger data sets and deriving, illustrating, and communicating relevant insights. - Work closely with Program Management and Sales leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to facilitate smooth delivery and end-to-end execution of scalable sales programs. - Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders. - Oversee the creation of Marketing collateral, development of tools, and training programs required to successfully implement programs. - Collect feedback and best practices from in region, functional sales stakeholders. - Effectively manage delivery of programs through in-house and outsourced partners, ensuring quality and operational efficiency to drive incremental revenue growth. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, accounting, sales operations, management/strategy consulting, or program management. - Experience leading analysis, communicating insights, and understanding different business strategies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience multi-tasking and delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of how to identify key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics. - Understanding of the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) segment and its needs and challenges. - Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing demands of the business. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
