Position summary

The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses and creators grow through products such as Business Accounts and Promote. This role will be a part of the Product Strategy and Marketing team, a function that supports program and product development from beginning to end, including driving product strategy, support product launches and manage direct growth channels to SMB audiences. We're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about technology, process and SMBs to join our Team. Must have a proven track record demonstrating strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision making under uncertainty. Ideally this candidate will have prior experience with creating and driving Sales programs from 0 to 1 using tools and processes as well as collaboration software, web analytics, and enterprise data that supports all of these applications. The candidate must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills with hunger for hitting ROI and scaling/ iterating processes quickly. Responsibilities - Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering - Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product beta programs and launches - Define and implement marketing strategy/ programs that acquire new businesses to the platform and drive ongoing engagement on the platform as well as identifying opportunities for new/ improvements to existing initiatives - Partner effectively with Product Management and all sales channels to create world-class product marketing communications, including all sales-facing materials and training - BA/BS degree - Ideally 7+ years in product marketing, Sales, product strategy, growth or equivalent function - Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills - Prior experience in Ads Sales - Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (e.g. data sets, interview feedback, research) - Proven sales track record of being able to drive sales and/or growth through a series of strategies/ programs Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Prior Experience working with Product Team to develop and launch solutions internally and externally TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
