    About the team
    Our Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team was created in 2015 as part of the Corporate Services department. Our mission is to ensure a high-quality working environment and a great working experience. We strive to be the forerunner of space creation and property management and provide a safe and efficiency-driven workplaces globally.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the Program team on all regional real estate projects inclusive of new portfolio projects.
    • Maintain and manage real estate programmes, projects, change, risk, governance, engagement, resource and communication plans.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, programme and project leaders involved in the expansion of our EMEA portfolio.
    • Maintain structured program updates, dashboards and reports to stakeholders highlighting program progress, performance, risk & executive summaries.
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organisational standards and objectives.
    • Support in managing end to end Real Estate programmes mitigating exposure and business risks.
    • Provide excellent communication and collaborative support for the Real Estate team.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to read and digest data.
    • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight business deadlines.
    • Exceptional skills in time management.
    • Flexible and agile; experience managing cross-functional projects.
    • Experience in a matrix organisation; leveraging and collaborating with global resources.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects of scale and volume.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BA/MA degree and/or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in project management or program management is preferred.
    • Proactive, 'can-do,' entrepreneurial and forward-thinking approach.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written), report writing and organisation skills.
