Position summary

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. Responsibilities: - Engage with government and policymakers in Israel to represent Tiktok's mission, values and principles; - Develop strong relationships with the Israeli government, Parliament, NGOs and key partners - Review and analyse legislative and regulatory proposals to understand impact on TikTok; - Work with cross-functional teams to support TikTok's business objectives in Israel. - 6+ years of public policy and / or government relations and advocacy work; - Deep understanding of the Israeli political system, environment and institutions, as well as cultural landscape; - Strong network with Israeli policy makers and opinion leaders; - Very strong understanding of public policy issues around child safety, privacy, and other tech policy issues; - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Superb written and oral communication skills.
