    The Publisher team is looking for a Publisher Manager to join us and take charge of managing and growing a portfolio of Entertainment and Lifestyle partners. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their growth and success on the platform.

    The Publisher Manager will have a solid understanding of the Entertainment and Lifestyle industries, both in the Italian and international markets. You should be familiar with the dynamics of copyright-protected content and have a deep understanding of the business models of your partners. You'll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that not only align with the goals of the partners but also contribute to achieving the team's goals. We are looking for a curious individual, passionate about the tech world, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will embrace challenges with proactivity, be highly team-oriented, and possess a positive attitude. This role will report into the Publisher Lead Italy, working closely with regional and global teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner Management for Locally Managed Accounts: Manage a portfolio of local publisher accounts, driving their success and growth on the platform by aligning their objectives with the Publisher team's objectives & key results.
    • Partner Education: Provide the partner portfolio with education on content and strategic best practices, fostering a deep understanding of TikTok's potential and maximising both organic and hybrid content strategies. Provide support to ensure partners are effectively leveraging platform features and products.
    • Relationships management: Cultivate positive relationships with partners, providing support based on their individual needs, including troubleshooting. Gather feedback from publishers on pain-points and priorities and share with Central and Regional teams.Project Management: design partnership deals based on ecosystem insights and data-driven strategies. Be accountable of the implementation and execution of activations, ensuring adherence to timeframes, budget constraints, and the maximisation of outcomes for all involved parties.
    • Onboarding and acquisition: support negotiations for content acquisition and new publisher onboarding, contributing to partnerships that enhance diversity of platform content and user experience.
    • Collaborate with the Central and Regional teams to support the management of Central or Regional accounts based in the region, ensuring alignment with Central and Regional strategies, business summaries and relationship management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quarterly / mid-year business reviews and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.
    • Community management of longtail publishers using scaled channels

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent practical experience
    • Experience & interest in partner management, account support, or related areas.
    • Strong understanding of the entertainment and lifestyle sectors, both in the Italian market and internationally.
    • Key Project Management Skills: strong abilities in managing projects from strategic ideation to successful execution, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with objectives
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze partner performance through analytics, develop data-driven strategies, and create detailed reports.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of partner initiatives
    • Basic understanding of content acquisition, monetization, and product adoption strategies
